The customer is obligated to provide correct and accurate data when filling the reservation form. And undertakes to inform us of any changes to the information that were submitted at the reservation stage
The information available to the customer on TerTrip website is information that has been provided by the unit’s owners, whereby the provider / unit’s owners are obligated to give real and updated information about the prices, available days and all information of the services or products offered. The TerTrip team will work to verify all the information and follow up to update the information provided by the provider or the customer, as TerTrip is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information. Also, TerTrip has the right to refuse, postpone or confirm any reservation for any reason whatsoever, without prior notice and without any liability.
The services provided in TerTrip are services for personal and not commercial use, it is not permitted to copy, resell, display, monitor, download or reproduce any content, information, software or reservations on our website for any activity or commercial purpose.
In order to properly complete and secure your reservation, you will need to use the correct email address and a correct phone number. We are not responsible for any (and we have no obligation to verify) any wrong email address, wrong phone number, misspelled phone number, (mobile) phone number, or incorrect or wrong credit card number.
The prices available in TerTrip are the units prices that will be paid for your entire stay. There are also some additional amounts that will be added according to the terms of the provider / unit’s owner, such as security deposit.
Reservation cancellation policy
When you make a reservation through TerTrip, you agree to our cancellation policy and Provider/unit’s owner cancellation policy. In the event of cancellation, “TerTrip” website deducts an amount of cancellation fee of AED45/- from the reservation amount, while Provider cancellation policies differ from provider to provider as stated in the unit’s details page.
Any reservations are not confirmed until full payment is made.
Available payment methods: Online payment on our website (credit card payments) – cash payment
In the event that the security deposit is required by the unit’s owner, the paying off and the receipt of this amount shall be between the customer and the owner of the unit directly outside the site. The customer acknowledges that the security deposit is paid according to the unit policy displayed on the unit’s details page, from the customer to the owner of the unit directly upon the arrival of the customer to the unit, and the parties are responsible for receiving and returning the security amount.
The customer is obligated to use the unit for legal purposes, and it is prohibited to use these places in any acts contrary to morality or any other illegal acts.
The customer is obligated to preserve the place and not to cause any damage in any way
And noting that the service provider may ask the customer to agree to additional policies, terms and conditions, including special conditions for using and benefiting from the unit. We, Tertrip.com, are not responsible for any financial or legal obligations and we act only as a marketer and intermediary between the customer and the service provider/owner to facilitate the customer’s search, comparison, selection and reservation procedures (including facilitating payment procedure) After making and confirming your reservation, we provide the reservation details to you and unit’s owner, including the dates and days of reservations, contact data, the locations of the unit and other details related to the reservation.
The customer knows and acknowledge that the site is not responsible except for the total amount that are paid through the website only, and therefore any amount that the customer pay directly to the owner of the unit are at his responsibility without any liability on the website.
