This farmhouse is perfect for big group of more than 30people

Minimum booking nights in the weekend: 2nights **

The farm stay at Ras Alkhaimah offers the followings:

• 8 Master rooms
• 3 Big indoor sittings
• Swimming pool
• Outdoor sittings
• Bbq dedicated area
• Fountains
• Football playground
• Kids playground
• Table tennis, billiard, babyfoot (football table game)

The road is accessible by all types of cars

Timing:

• Check in: 3PM
• Checkout: 12PM

Price:

• Weekdays (Sunday to Thursday): AED3500/night
• Weekend (Friday- Saturday): AED8000/2nights (minimum 2nights for weekend booking)

Terms:

• A refundable Security deposit of AED1000/- is mandatory to be paid in cash to the doorman upon check in and refunded upon checkout after the inspection in case of no damages to the farmhouse and not left in an exceptionally messy state
• Smoking is not allowed indoor, breaking this rule will deduct from the security deposit
•  Groups of all males are not permitted as the farmhouse is rented to families only
• In case the guest is still in the farmhouse after 12pm, the security deposit will not be refunded. This does not apply if we approved a late check-out in advance.
• Kids must not be left alone in the swimming pool
• Kids below 18years old are not permitted without parental or family supervision and it is mandatory for parents to present throughout the stay
• Please take care of your belongings as we are not responsible for any loss after your checkout
• Please do not move furniture or any other decorative items from its place
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the farm as it was delivered
• In case of not following the above rules, it will be deducted from the security deposit
