This big farmhouse is a truly elegant, luxurious and appropriately considered the sparkling gem in Ajman. The views from all angles of this farmhouse are truly breathtaking and the privacy afforded from this substantial property really is second to none. It is an ideal year-round holiday destination. It offers a wide range of activities that can be enjoyed in any season.

• Big living room for 25persons with big display screen, buffet tables corner and hot drinks corner
• Dining table for 6 persons
• 3 indoor sitting corners
• Private sitting area for 30persons with display screen & projector  ( Majlis- Separate room in the farmhouse)
• Big football playground with balls and special t-shirts are provided for both teams players
• Volley ball playground
• Outdoor sitting corner for 15persons
• Kids playground
• Barbecue dedicated area
• Bedouin tent
• Bedroom with 3 king sized beds and pool view
• Bedroom with 1 king size bed and pool view
• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas cooker, oven, microwave, kettle

The farmhouse is self catering

The road to the farm is accessible by all types of cars

Timing:

• Check in: 4PM
• Checkout: 12PM

In case you would like to have early check in early or late checkout, we will try our best to accommodate the request since it is subject to availability.

Price:

• Weekdays (Sunday to Thursday): AED3500/night
• Weekend ( Friday- Saturday): AED4500/night
• Special rate for occasions and parties (contact us before booking)

Terms:

• A refundable Security deposit of AED2000/- is mandatory to be paid along with the booking amount and refunded within 24hrs from the checkout (after the inspection in case of no damages to the farmhouse and not left in an exceptionally messy state)
• Smoking is not allowed indoor, breaking this rule will deduct from the security deposit
• Pets are not allowed inside the bedrooms
• Barbecue & bonfire must be in the designated area only
• In case the guest is still in the farmhouse after 12pm, the security deposit will not be refunded. This does not apply if we approved a late check-out in advance
• Kids must not be left alone in the swimming pool
• Kids below 10years old are not permitted without parental or family supervision and it is mandatory for parents to present throughout the stay
• Please take care of your belongings as we are not responsible for any loss after your checkout
• Please do not move furniture or any other decorative items from its place
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the farm as it was delivered
• In case of not following the above rules, it will be deducted from the security deposit

Pool guidance:

• For your own health and safety, appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times when using the pool
• Please do not  jump or stand over the pool machine
• Please do not touch the electrical appliance around the pool and any damage will be borne by the customer
• For your own health and safety, cups and glassware are not allowed to be kept close to the pool
• Please do not throw the waste and food inside the pool
